A música “Waka Waka – This Time for Africa”, da Shakira, é o hino oficial da Copa do Mundo 2010 na África do Sul. A cantora colombiana diz estar muito honrada por cantar a música tema da Copa, para ela, o maior campeonato de futebol no mundo pode ser comparado a um milagre mundial, pois conecta países, raças, religiões e pessoas de diferentes condições sociais uma mesma paixão, o esporte.
